Matte Painting

This project was made almost entirely in Photoshop which is something I have never done before. The brief was to sketch some ideas of a small house in a rural, dramatic landscape and then come up with three different ideas for the composition and environment. The class then voted on the idea that they liked the best and the winning sketch was the one I created. I also did a breakdown of the process. For this project I wanted to do something dark and more dramatic and I was inspired by the mountains of Norway. Softwares used: Photoshop, 3ds Max (for the base as a guideline)
